RLP – Family Stories: Jien (Xepon: Cohort 1 – Part 4)

Everyone in my family is doing well and currently preparing for the rice planting season as well as clearing wild plants from the rice fields and looking after the goats.
There are five people in my family including myself, my mother and three children. My children are now on school vacation and helping us to look after our goats. I make my main income from my extra job as a labourer helping people to clean weeds from other people’s rice fields. We (my mother and myself) could probably earn 50,000 Kip per day or a sack of rice every two days doing this.
